Defensio Resellers and White Label - Cybersecurity Partner Program
The Defensio partner program lets MSPs, system integrators, IT resellers and web agencies offer their clients a 24/7 managed SOC, monitoring of the network and of the exposed surface, and email identity protection in two ways: as a reseller, under the Defensio brand, or in white label, with your own brand across the whole stack. Reseller or White Label: What Changes?
Reseller: you offer your clients the Defensio services under their own name. The client knows that the technology and the SOC are Defensio; contract, invoice and relationship stay yours.
White label: the same services, delivered by the same SOC, under your brand. Portal, dashboards and reports carry your name, your logo and your colors.
In both models Fidem does not communicate with your clients: the analysts work with your team and you are the one who talks to the client. The service is identical; what changes is the brand the client sees.

Analysts in Italy, around the clock, on the telemetry of every Defensio component. An artificial intelligence pipeline running on Fidem’s infrastructure removes the noise and prepares the investigation; the decision stays with the analyst, who brings it to your team.
Inside the network
Defensio Sensor
A network probe installed at the client’s site: threat detection, internal vulnerability assessment and network flow analysis. It listens passively and sends data to the SOC over an encrypted link.
Perimeter
Defensio XT
Scanning of what the client exposes on the Internet: vulnerabilities, subdomains, certificates, DNS and web configurations. It is installed on your server or the client’s, for those who want to keep the scan engines in-house.

Email domain
Identity Shield
It defends clients’ email domains from spoofing, BEC fraud and lookalike domains. A single DNS record is enough to start; mail does not pass through Fidem.

Who the Partner Program Is For
The program is designed for those who already have a relationship of trust with businesses and want to add managed security to their offering: MSPs and MSSPs, system integrators, IT resellers, web agencies and software houses that manage their clients’ websites, domains and applications, and GDPR and NIS2 consultants who identify gaps and look for someone to close them.
Web agencies usually start with XT, SECaaS and Identity Shield, which work on websites and domains without touching the client’s network. MSPs and system integrators add Sensor and SOC, which cover the internal network.
Who Is Behind Defensio
Defensio is developed and run by Fidem, which operates its own SOC in Italy. Fidem is certified ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27017, ISO/IEC 27018 and ISO 9001. Defensio SECaaS is hosted in an ACN-certified Italian data center.
For data processing, the controller is your client, you are the processor and Fidem is the sub-processor provided for by Article 28(4) of the GDPR: it signs up with you to the same data protection obligations you have towards the client. White label concerns the brand, not the contract: Fidem must be named in the data processing agreement, because the client must be able to authorize it.
Frequently Asked Questions about the Defensio Partner Program
Why is the reseller price list not public?
Because the terms change depending on the model chosen, reseller or white label, and on the services you want to offer. You receive the price list after the first contact, together with the program terms.
Does Fidem sell to or communicate directly with the clients I bring?
No. Fidem does not sell to and does not communicate with your clients: contract, invoice, renewal and every communication go through you. The SOC analysts work with your team.
Who informs the client if the SOC detects an incident?
You do. Fidem analysts report the incident to your team with their analysis, and communication with the client stays yours.
In white label, does the client know that Defensio is behind it?
Not in the product: portal, dashboards and reports carry your brand. In the data processing agreement, however, Fidem must be named as a sub-processor, because Article 28 of the GDPR requires the client to authorize it.
Do I have to resell all the Defensio services?
No. Each component can also be sold on its own: you can start from one service, for example monitoring of the exposed surface, and add the others when needed.
Are there entry costs or minimum volumes?
No. Joining the program has no entry fee and there are no minimum volumes: you can start with a single client.
Do I need an internal security team to become a partner?
No. Monitoring, triage and analysis are done by the Fidem SOC analysts, around the clock. Your team receives sales and technical training and hands-on support that lasts until it is autonomous.
Where is my clients' data processed?
In Italy. The SOC and the artificial intelligence pipeline run on Fidem’s infrastructure, with no data sent to commercial cloud AI services; Defensio SECaaS is hosted in an ACN-certified Italian data center.
What role does Fidem have in processing my clients' data?
